Theme| Family
What makes a family? It's complicated, but the subject of family is almost always associated with strong emotions. Family can be the people we love and sometimes the people we don't even like. Family is often defined as a core, nuclear unit or a broad network of relatives, but all sorts of other mod- els exist: blended households, intentional communities, cultural and religious groups, sandwich generation, workplace alliances, kids, pets and together- ness. Show us what you think defines the family bond.

Check out the new iPad app from Reuters →
For many years, the picture story faded away with the closure of picture magazines such as Look and Life. Now Reuters has developed an iPad app that reintroduces the visual narrative to the 24-Hour news cycle.
From their site:
"The Wider Image is an entirely new interactive experience from Reuters, the world's largest news agency. Get the wider story. Transform the way you see.
This immersive app, created exclusively for the iPad, reimagines news photography and brings images and information to life."
Henri Cartier-Bresson Challenges You!
I'd like to share a particularly unusual image by Henri Cartier-Bresson that defies what we know about his approach to photography and leaves behind the notion of reportage and "the decisive moment." Tell me about it.
Welcome Back!
Welcome back gentlemen.
